We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend appointments which tend to fill up quickly. For recurring services, you can book several weeks or months in advance to secure your preferred time slots.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any fee. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. To reschedule or cancel, please contact our customer service team or use your account dashboard if you've created one.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don't need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide access instructions (key location, entry code, etc.) in the booking notes. However, for first-time services, we recommend being present at the beginning to provide any specific instructions and at the end to review the completed work.
