We reserve the right to reschedule or reassign cleaning teams when necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes as soon as possible and to minimize disruption to your scheduled service.

For recurring service subscriptions, you may cancel or pause your subscription with at least 7 days' notice before your next scheduled cleaning. Cancellations or changes requested less than 7 days in advance may be subject to our standard cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, staff illness, or equipment failure. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and reschedule your service at your convenience.
Service pricing is based on the specific services requested, the size and condition of the property, and the frequency of service. Pricing will be provided before service confirmation and may be adjusted based on actual conditions found at the property.
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, electronic bank transfers, and digital payment platforms. Cash payments may be accepted in certain circumstances with prior arrangement.
Payment for one-time services is typically due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise specified. For recurring services, payment methods must be established before the first cleaning, and payments will be processed according to the agreed schedule.
Late payments may result in suspension of services and the assessment of late fees. Accounts with outstanding balances may be referred to collection agencies.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. For recurring service customers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect.
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns, which may include returning to reclean areas at no additional cost.

Before filing a claim against Clean & Simple, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We will attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting you via email or phone.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Clean & Simple agree to resolve any dispute through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
You and Clean & Simple agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
